  Bethany was extremely friendly, professional and helpful in all aspects of our purchase with Bell Real Estate. She is the most responsive agent that we have worked with for the houses we have bought or sold to date. Bethany is proactive and is a great advocate for both the buyer and the seller. She was respectful to the seller when we visited the property, taking care to ensure that we followed all the COVID protocols and treated the property with respect. She personally walked us through the home and provided insight into both the home and the area. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us purchase this property. We will definitely be recommending Bell Real Estate in Emerald to our friends, family and also the kids scool cohort. Thank you Bethany.

  Beyond͏ expectations
  Samantha was a pleasure to work with, her knowledge of the market and her pool of purchaser's was amazing.
  Our house sold within a week because of the effort she put into marketing our property.
  No question went unanswered and always got back to me if she couldn't take my call.
  Overall, a pleasant experience.

  Second͏ to None!!!
  Our͏ Experience was a difficult process with multiple owners of a deceased estate, over several years between initial contact with Samantha, and sale of the property.
  Samantha's support & patience was exemplary. Her professionalism shown in difficult times was always with a smile.
  She took the time to engage in conversation that showed understanding; she informed, assisted & reassured.
  If unavailable, or if time was needed to find an answer, she was honest, and always got back when she was available, with an answer & explanation of the answer..
  Her knowledge of the local area, greatly assisted, but combined with her knowledge of the market, how it works, & how people work with or against a sale in a competitive of fluctuating financial situation, was brilliant.
  Sam was prepared, and had multiple 'strings to her bow', with a plan, should things go pear shaped. Sam is not pushy, not confrontational with expectations from the vendor.
  Sam is simply a quiet patient & diligent achiever , that works hard for her clients, whilst working with the potential purchasers, bringing the best outcome possible.
  Where communication was as required, and if anyone needed further detail or more frequent contact Sam provided what was asked for.
  It was a long process for us, but as one of 5 owners .. I couldn't be more satisfied with all Sam has provided in her role as Real Estate Agent acting for us. Thank You Sam.

  Sale͏ of Investment Property
  We bought a lifestyle property and sold the home we were previously living in through Bell Real Estate Emerald back in 2013.
  
  Bethany Day impressed us back then, so when we decided to sell our investment property, we called Bethany, even though we had 2 other Real Estate companies also in the mix.
  
  Once again Bethany was in our opinion the most engaged and she recommended a husband and wife team to help with painting, renovating and staging. I met them on site, was impressed with what the could achieve quickly and at a very reasonable price, and engaged them to do the bulk of the work.
  In one month everything was complete and Bethany brought her team through. They gave us a price range that was realistic.
  
  The first day the house was open to view there was a flood of potential buyers, 8 offers were made, and we accepted the top bid and 30 day settlement.
  
  Once again we have been very happy with Bethany and Bell Real Estate for professional advice and efficient performance from start to finish, and were very happy with the outcome.

  Kind, patient and available 24/7
  As soon as we met Sam we knew right away she was the right person to sell our first family home. She was patient with us as we haven't sold a property before, she was caring and kind towards our needs, she was always professional and friendly and she was readily available for advice and help. Thank you for making the process so easy for our family. I highly recommend Sam and her professionalism if looking for someone to sell your home.
